ORDERING INFORMATION

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receipt, and sent via UPS Ground. See map at bottom of page for a UPS time-in-transit map to estimate how long your order will take to reach you.

This website is set up for orders within the continental United States only; additional charges will be added after shipping for orders to Alaska and Hawaii based on actual shipping costs. Sorry, we are unable to ship internationally or to US military addresses. However, several of the online retailers on the Cottontail Cottage and Hopper Hideaway pages do ship these items internationally.

A larger order will only slightly increase your shipping costs (see below); therefore, it is cost effective to increase the size of your order.

Note: We do not make money off of shipping costs. The website is setup to calculate shipping based on the total cost of the order. In some cases, especially to orders on the East Coast and to rural addresses, we lose money on shipping. The shipping costs are based on average costs for all orders, no matter where they're being shipped.
